What a great Heroe’s Day long weekend!

And what a great week to enter the https://khomas100.com.na. On Friday at 13:00 we will do a lucky draw for the winner of a 65” Toshiba HD TV at the Hollard offices. All PAID entries will be entered into the lucky draw, The winner will be announced on our WhatsApp group and social media shortly after.

This weekend is the WPP6 race followed by the Otjihavera experience the weekend after.

Back to training. What a big weekend for most of us, with many (including me eating humble pie). We rode the Nationals route this weekend and whoever earns the National crown would have earned it – certainly not an easy route. The elevation on the Garmin Connect App shows 1500m of elevation and the Garmin 1030 shows 2000m – so prepare your mind with a number somewhere in between.

Enjoy your rest day Tuesday. Do some foam rolling and a bit of stretching.

Wednesday: 60 min easy zone 2

Thursday: 60min Core and arms. Then warm up 20min, followed by gentle intervals of 5min zone 3, followed by 5 min recovery. Repeat 4-5x and cool down 20min. TAKE IT EASY PLEASE 🙂

Friday: Easy 45 min

Saturday: Above average effort ride 2-3 hours. Make the last ten minutes in each hour a tempo effort.

Sunday: Coffee ride 2-3 hours easy!

Monday rest day.
