IMPORTANT READING!! YES REALLY IMPORTANT!!!
Riders, with less than 2 weeks to go, we thought it would be a great idea to go through a lot of questions you may have. Most have been answered on our website.
Please read the rider guide carefully.

All male riders will start at 7:00 AM sharp, female riders at 7:03 AM and e-bikes at 07:06 AM. You will head north for 100m cross over the traffic lights and go onto some gravel for another 300m before turning onto the B1 Free Way where police and ambulance staff will be escorting each peloton. The rest of the route will be well marked, but please also download the GPX files on our website.

ENTRIES: READ AGAIN
There are only a few entries left. ENTRIES CLOSE 15 AUGUST – NO EXCEPTION AND NO GOODY BAG!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
GOODIE BAG:
This year all riders are getting a pair of event socks, an event Casquette and a finisher’s T-shirt as well as a once-off African Champ bespoke medal. There’s also lovely items from our generous sponsors in the bag, too many to mention! Keep an eye on our social media pages.
PRIZE MONEY:
There will be a prize purse of N$250 000. N$150 000 in cash and N$100 000 in NWR vouchers. The prize money is distributed in line with other gravel races in Europe. Our race has the biggest prize purse by far, even compared to European races. The breakdown is on the website. Please make sure if you are a prize money-kind-of-person, you have familiarised yourself with the list. So no tantrums and drama at the finish line about this please. In one race last week in SA, my friend won a bottle of StaSoft, not kidding!
WHO HAS ENTERED:
We know, you all want to know. We will put the list on the website 16 August and update it every couple of days. It seems those world champ slots are sought after!
PAY IT FORWARD:
For those of you more privileged, please consider paying someone’s entry fee for them. It goes a long way. Khomas100 has done their share by sponsoring 20 riders who wouldn’t get to the start line otherwise.
If you any more questions, feel free to email info@khomas100.com.na.
See you at registration!
Yours in gravel! Khomas100 Team
