Get ready to conquer the Khomas100! Here’s some important information to help you prepare for race day.
Download Your GPX Route:
Plan your ride with the official GPX downloadable files for all three distances.
Note: Specific device specifications may vary. Please ensure your device is calibrated for accurate measurements.
Elite Riders & E-Bike Riders:
Elite Riders: Drop off 2 pre-marked water bottles before the race start on Saturday with the Race Director. We’ll transport them to water point 4 (100km) for you. Please pre-mark all your water bottles.
E-Bike Riders: Bring an additional pre-marked battery to the registration. Please pre-mark both your batteries. We’ll take it to water point 2 (60km) to keep you rolling. You will be able to collect your first battery from Cycletec the next day.
Time Management:
Remember the cut-off times:
- Water point 2: 10:00 AM
- Water point 5: 14:00 PM

Getting Back:
Take advantage of the Free Cycletec Shuttle Service running every 2 hours from Gross Barmen to Arebbusch Lodge in Windhoek. Book your post-race lift back (bike included!) with Frank at frank@cycletec.com.na
Registration and Race Briefing:
Registration will be At Cymot Hilltop in Kleine Kuppe (next to Grove Mall) on Thursday 24 October from 16:00 to 18:00.
The race briefing will be at 18:00.
Rider’s Guide & Bike Check:
- Review the latest rider’s guide to ensure you’re prepared and meet all race requirements.
- Make sure your bike is serviced, up to standard, and ready to tackle the challenge.

Race Village and Lucky Draw:
Come and enjoy the race village at Gross Barmen after the race. There will be cold drinks, food and much more.
The lucky draw for the brand new Trek Gravel bike Sponsored by Mannies Bike Mecca will bee on Saturday 26 October (you have to be present to win).
